We support communities and families, creating a broader lens on learning inside and outside the classroom. Learning can be a joyful, beneficial opportunity for everyone at all points in their lives. We aim to find new and innovative ways to help youth find their passions, connect with content, and apply skills in novel ways aiming toward an ever-evolving workforce. Creating a spark that allows youth through young adults to see value in their learning will prepare them for a future beyond traditional post-secondary options. We can share some best practices for captivating youth and creating environments that inspire curiosity. Sometimes it is a program change, implementing practical assessments, or preparing educators to approach topics in various ways, broadening the language used to communicate concepts. Our best work in education is to hook youth into a lifelong love of learning.

Learning for All means reviewing and evaluating every program, institution, and initiative for a match to its vision, mission, and goals. Programs and people change, as should the means by which we engage these programs and people. We need to constantly look at our effectiveness and see if we can find ways to improve and grow. Learning for All has worked with various groups to survey their work, from ensuring their vision and mission match their current interests to how well they convey content or skills to the audience they engage.

Learning is meant for everyone and happens in nearly every aspect of our lives. We too often neglect to be purposeful and playful in our adult learning.
